Introducing our new line up of Italian sodas. Have them with or without cream or get really decadent and have a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Delicious either way! We have 17 different flavour combos on our menu or get daring and create your own!
Featured in our photo are:
Blue Lagoon- blue raspberry and coconut
Tropical sunset- pineapple and mango with cream
Cherry bomb- cherry and raspberry with a scoop of ice cream
Pink Paradise- cherry and pomegranate with cream.
All Italian sodas are 18 ounces and are $6.50 add a scoop of ice cream for $1.00.

NEW AND EXCITING at Cariboo Scoops!
We are now carrying Simp's Syrups!
We will be debuting an extensive Italian sodas, dirty sodas and flavoured cold brew coffee menu in the coming days stay tuned!
For now we just wanted to let everyone know we will have the Syrups available for purchase for $17.50 a bottle.
Canadian made, these syrups are thicker, more flavourful and are in a larger bottle at 946ml than the Torani syrups at 750ml.
So you get more, but use less per drink.
We also believe in supporting Canadian made products so it's a win all around.
We can also bring in flavours on our next order if there is a flavour you are wanting but don't see in the photos. Just give us a call shoot us a text or stop in and see us.

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
It’s become very apparent that the cold has arrived and although we think anytime is great for ice cream we know it’s time to adjust our hours and focus on our delicious lunch menu.
Starting today our new hours will be:
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday to Saturday 11am - 6pm
Sunday: CLOSED.

We hope we can keep it going and that these hours will allow for everyone who doesn’t want to eat an ice cream in the cold to grab a pint after work for a treat to enjoy at home by the fire.
We will also still be available to create our delicious ice cream cakes and if your pick up time doesn’t align with our hours just give as call we are happy to accommodate.

Just a reminder we are serving lunch now, hot Panini sandwiches and soup and salads.
Today's soup is corn chowder and we have a broccoli salad.
Open 11:30-8pm Monday to Friday and 3-8pm Saturdays. With the end of the busy season we've decided to close on Sundays.
