Had a request for something I’ve stayed away from, a gluten free birthday cake. I’ve stayed away from gluten free simply because I don’t have enough knowledge working with the different “flour” and knowing how the taste and texture changes. This was a one of though, that was such a special request, I just couldn’t say no. I did advise that ice cream be on stand by just in case🤣 Turns out the birthday girl was tickled and the cake was enjoyed by all. Thank you for reaching out 🥰
