Just got back from 2 days instructing Pastry Arts students at Okanagan College for chocolate work!
As I’ve said before- knowledge is wasted if not shared…
Chocolate milder some minds, and the end results for first timers was very impressive!
Every student was rewarded with successful bonbons for their efforts.
It’s been a few years since I have stepped foot in the college as a sub instructor, and I had lots of fun!
Everyone should be proud of this rather finicky artwork…. Chocolate isn’t easy!
I feel a chocolate crash coming from tasting so many creative and unique flavours.
Good times, and I hope my dad jokes didn’t deter anyone from coming for a visit to the farm some day….
