Appreciation post!!!!

They say it takes a village to raise a family. Let me tell you, it also takes a village to run a business.

The Beast aka our espresso machine was acting up in the past couple weeks. Being into our busy season, we don't really have time for her tantrum lol. Getting an espresso machine to the doctor isn't an easy task. We don't have a back up in our back pocket lol. Thankfully, Cherry Hill Coffee came to the rescue!!!

We brought the Beast to Kelowna and came back with a baby machine 😆 About half the size of the Beast, it's a bit of a change hahaha. We're joking but we're very thankful we didn't have to shut down while she's getting fixed! They loaned us a very fancy one 🤭

Thank you to Savvie and all her crew at Cherry Hill for making sure the Beast is back up and running asap. You support means the world ❤️❤️

Today is the last hot lunch of this school year for the local elementary school 🍴🍴

We started the hot lunch program in 2017. Going on 9 yrs already 😱

When our oldest started school, we were wondering how we could provide a variety of hot lunch for our kids. We started brainstorming and that's where the hot lunch program was born. We thought, we are already feeding 2 kids, why not feeding the whole school? I know, we're crazy like that 🤪

More local businesses joined the program in the past couple years. We love to see the support 🙌 Over 15000 KJ lunches were served and we are looking forward to cook 15000 more 💪💪

Hot lunch day is definitely the favorite day at KJ ❤️

We are finishing this year's hot lunch round with a bang... our famous Mac&Cheese 😋😋

THANK YOU to all the parents who ordered from us. A bigger THANK YOU to everyone who supported our hot lunch program. We wouldn't be on year 9 without you 🫶

It's Indigenous day at our local school and they asked if KJ could make chili for the whole school. Of course we said yes 🤭 Always a pleasure to cook for our kiddos ❤️
