What a great group today!

We tried something a little different with the tasting - instead of telling everyone what notes to look for, we tasted blind and let the group tell us what they found.

The conversation started with, “I’m not sure” and “I can never tell these things”… and before long, we were hearing tangerine, chocolate, passion fruit, honey, creamy body — and they were so spot on! Some even guessed the origin and processing method correctly. 🤯

It still blows my mind what happens when we simply slow down, pay attention, and focus on one thing at a time.

These Saturday mornings might just be my favourite part of running Poets & Prose Coffee.

It’s all coming together beautifully.

One of our earliest and biggest supporters surprised us with these lovely custom coasters, perfect for our cuppings and coffee tastings. Moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to be surrounded by such an incredible coffee community. ❤️
