Hey everyone,

Here is the updated Spring/Summer menu.

One thing that will jump out at you is our Panama Gesha.

Gesha coffees from Panama are among the most sought-after coffees in the world, known for their intensity of aroma, complexity, and clarity of flavour.

This particular lot comes from Lost Origin Coffee Lab in Panama, where innovative fermentation techniques are being used to push coffee quality and flavour expression to new levels.

This is not meant to be an everyday coffee. It is meant to be an experience. The same way you might reach for a fine wine or an expertly crafted single malt whisky, this is a coffee to slow down and enjoy.

We recommend enjoying it in proper dine-in ware where its aromas and flavours can fully shine.

Available exclusively as an 8 oz pour over.

We are also excited to feature a washed Colombian Gesha from Emerson Narvaez.

Many of you enjoyed Emerson’s SL28 on our previous menu, and this Geisha showcases beautiful floral notes with orange blossom, apricot, and guava.

Available exclusively on bar.

Only a small quantity of each coffee was secured, and both will be available for a limited time.

Hey everyone 👋🏼

We’re adding two consecutive Fridays for extended hours, starting next week.

Our goal with Coffeed After Hours is to create an extension of our café experience while focusing on delicious decaffeinated coffees that taste like the real thing, alongside our house Brazil espresso.

We’ll be featuring a decaf from El Paraiso with notes of peach and lychee, so you can enjoy great coffee at night without worrying about your sleep ☕️

We’ll also be serving our espresso martini, a few light dessert options, and a small evening menu built around espresso based drinks.

Hey everyone, I’m Joseph, the founder and current roaster at Coffeed. Today is our 3 year anniversary ☕️🎉

I’ve been drinking coffee for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until my mid 20s that I became obsessed with the beverage.

I’ve always been technically minded and probably a bit obsessive, so when I began roasting 13 years ago, I was immediately drawn not only to the craft, but also to the science behind it. From my very first roast, I became obsessed with trying to make coffee better, and that feeling never stopped.

When I began realizing how deep coffee really is, it completely sucked me in. I took my first origin trip in 2015 and followed that up in 2016 by opening my first roastery called Morning Roast. To say it was a challenge is an understatement. I focused more on the product than on the business, and chased my ideal qualities in the cup more than sales. I quickly realized the business model I had in place wasn’t sustainable, and that’s what led to planning Coffeed.

I knew I wanted something different for the shop. I wanted to showcase coffee’s true potential not only through great beans and brews, but by building a space where coffee is thoughtfully integrated into almost everything we do. I’ve always been a people pleaser, so more than anything, I genuinely want people to leave happy after visiting our shop.

I envision the future being the same. I want to continue pushing quality forward so the people around us have a place they genuinely love coming to.

Even if we grow into a few more of these someday, I never want to lose that appreciation for the craft and the people who made this possible. Because none of this exists without all of you.

Hey everyone 👋🏼

A lot of you have been asking for us to stay open a little later, so we thought we’d try something new.

We’re introducing Coffeed After Hours, a small night bar to kick off the long weekend, happening Thursday, May 14.

The focus will be espresso based, including an espresso martini we’ve been working on and really love. We’ll also be serving a peachy lychee decaf feature espresso from El Paraiso for the night, along with a few light dessert options.

This is a visual check of the beans after a roast.

Our coffees are defined by structure, aroma, and layered expression. Roasting is about bringing out and balancing what you smell and taste in the cup.

Too much heat can strip away delicate aromatics. Too little can leave a coffee without depth or character.

Airflow matters just as much. Every variable shapes the final cup.

Our job is to find the balance. So every cup is expressive, structured, and complete from the first sip to the last.
