4. Responsible for the daily preparation of food items on grill/crepe/omelet station specials and regular menu items
4.1.1. Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner while keeping grill as clean as possible
4.1.2. Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specification as set by professional staff.
4.1.3. Restock all items as needed throughout shift and clean/maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills
5. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
5.1.1. Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
5.1.2. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
5.1.3. Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
5.1.4. Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, fish and chips, sandwiches, and tacos, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
5.1.5. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
