Maison Délice would love preserving the authenticity and traditional beauty of these beloved Algerian cookie 3rayesh with only a delicate touch of silver, white or gold pearls as we know them and grow up with— no glitter- no golden leaf and no excessive embellishments, just elegance and authenticity. There is also a practical reason behind our choice. We have often seen edible decorations being removed and discarded the very first moment someone holds the pastry to eat it. This is especially unfortunate when those decorations are made with additional ingredients and require more time and work to prepare and apply than the pastry itself. A cookie should be beautiful, but it should also be enjoyed in its entirety.
For customers looking for a more elaborate or prestigious presentation and decoration, custom decorations are also available upon request.
