Some birthdays deserve a little extra something — and 80 is definitely one of them.

A garden of hand-piped buttercream florals, soft pinks, dreamy lavender, delicate blues and little butterflies, created to celebrate a truly special milestone.

After years of dedication, hard work and determination, this sweet graduate has officially reached a very special milestone in her journey.

A little piece of my heart, in cake form. 🌺🧡

This cake challenged me in the best possible way. It was my first time piping orchids, and it pushed me to finally explore a skill I’ve been wanting to unlock for a long time.

Every flower was handcrafted in buttercream, from the delicate orchids and hibiscus to the vibrant Birds of Paradise. I poured so much love, patience and intention into every detail—and watching the vision come together was so rewarding.

I love that cake allows me to take something I imagine in my head and bring it to life with my own hands.

This one challenged me, stretched me, and reminded me that sometimes the best way to grow is simply to say “I’m going to try.”

And I’m so glad I did.

A little piece of Lighthouse Point, baked into a cake. 🌊💙

Inspired by Lighthouse Point in Collingwood, Ontario — a special place where the waterfront, beautiful surroundings and memories come together.

I wanted to capture that feeling in cake form, from the lighthouse and greenery to the rocky shoreline and waves.

Finished with “Our Happy Place” — because sometimes a place becomes so much more than a destination. It becomes the backdrop to some of your favourite memories. 🤍

This set was inspired by the energy of New York City — iconic, bold, and unforgettable — balanced with soft pastel blooms and delicate buttercream details.
