On a recent trip to Bermuda, we had the chance to taste one of their staple dishes, fried fish sandwhich in raisin bread (pic 1). We experimented with our own fish sandwich with flavors inspired from both Bermuda and a Middle Eastern fish dish, Sayadieh (pic 2). The mashup resulted in this weeks special which is a soft bun filled with a lebanese pickle tartar, pan fried cod fish marinated in cumin and other spices, Lettuce, and fried onions for sweetness. Come try it while stock lasts 🙌
