Organic Honey Loaf

Soft, tender and a little sweet, made with organic flour,v honey.and.olive.oil. Slow 17hr rise for better flavour and texture.

An everyday bread for toast and butter in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, or a thick slice with jam.

Simple ingredients. Organic flour. Real honey. Olive oil. Wild Yeast. Slow rise.

Sourdough Granola

500 g rolled oats
114 g pumpkin seeds
85 g walnuts
125 g sourdough discard
68 g oil
68 g maple syrup
34 g honey
5 g salt
4 g cinnamon
3.5 g vanilla, optional
Bake at 145–150°C. Press firmly onto the tray and bake about 30 minutes without stirring, then break into large pieces, turn, and continue baking until dry and crisp.
Add your extra seeds, nuts and raisins after baking.
