Masoud Sarbakhteh was the original owner of Lonsdale Kabab at 106 w. 13th street, 18 years ago. He opened it under a different name (Mike’s), and since then it has passed through multiple ownerships. While away from Mike’s, Masoud spent the last 18 years running the highly popular Kostas Greek Restaurant in Parkgate Village, in the east end of North Van. dale Kabab with a fresh outlook on Persian Food for the North Shore. He brings his 25+ years of experience in the food industry to his latest venture into Iranian cuisine; something that is near and dear to his heart, being of Iranian descent. The freshest ingredients (never frozen), leanest meats, most authentic recipes and honest vegetarian offerings will compliment a warm and inviting room, where friends and family can gather to create unforgettable memories over food and drink. Lonsdale Kebab also offers take-out and catering services for large events.
