So, one of my favorite things about living on the Westcoast is the seafood. I am spending this Labour day weekend trying new recipies for fresh BC Spot Prawns and enjoying Fresh Dungeness Crab! What a treat it is to be able to pull a trap full of prawns, and cook them for lunch an hour later!
