I had cheesecake for breakfast this morning.

And I have absolutely zero regrets.

In fact… I think it’s the best cheesecake I’ve ever made. 🤍🫐

Silky, rich, creamy, topped with a vibrant blueberry compote… yet completely plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

This is exactly why I created Remedy Café—to prove that choosing wholesome ingredients doesn’t mean giving up the foods you love. It means creating them in a way that leaves you feeling nourished instead of weighed down.
