Chef Colin is taking you behind the scenes of our Crown Curry, made with roasted chicken thighs, cauliflower, San Marzano tomatoes, double cream, basil oil, fresh tomatoes, and our house-made curry paste.

It all comes together with basmati rice cooked with cinnamon and star anise, warm naan, and green onion on top.

The Pepperoncini, Bacon & Brie Steak Burger 🍔

5oz AAA chopped steak patty seared to perfection in beef tallow, topped with melted Quebec Brie, smoked bacon, caramelized red onions, and pickled pepperoncini for that perfect spicy-tangy kick. Finished off with in-house scallion & chive aioli and crispy potato crumbs, all sandwiched between a buttery, toasted potato scallion bun.
