The summer has been so busy, we haven’t even had the chance to properly welcome Joven Brolagda back to Blackjacks as our Executive Chef.

Joven is the backbone of our kitchen.

From developing new menu items and refining how we prepare them, to managing the countless moving parts behind the scenes, Joven plays an integral role in the Blackjacks machine.

More importantly, he’s always asking the same question: How can we make the food hitting your table even better?

We’re incredibly happy to have Joven back where he belongs.

And with him back in the kitchen, there are some exciting things coming.

What song would you request at a dueling pianos show? 🎹

The world famous Dueling Pianos are coming to Blackjacks this Saturday, September 26! It’s a 100% all request show, so bring your friends, pick your songs, and get ready to sing along.

It’s also a night for a great cause: 100% of fundraising proceeds benefit the Leduc Legion.

Thank you to everyone who took part in Ride For Mom and helped make this year such an incredible success.
Together, we raised over $90,000 for Central Alberta Regional Victim Serving Society, helping support their work in the fight against domestic violence.

That is something worth celebrating.

We couldn’t have done it without the riders, volunteers, supporters and our incredible sponsors, especially Chemco

Year after year, we are humbled by the generosity of the motorcycle community, and this year was no exception.

Thank you for showing up, giving back and helping make a difference.

We’re already excited for what next year has in store.

What an incredible way to wrap up the Blackjacks Ride for Mom raffles!

Congratulations to our 2026 Indian Springfield winner, Bev Deacon, with ticket -4247, and our 50/50 winner, Malcom Callihoo, with ticket -106604. The final 50/50 pot reached an amazing $12,495, giving Malcom a prize of $6,247.50!

A huge thank you to CHEMCO in Nisku for generously donating the motorcycle, and to every person who purchased tickets, shared our posts, attended the draw and helped spread the word.

The motorcycle community truly is something special. Time and time again, riders, businesses, families and supporters come together to give back and support causes that matter. Your generosity and community spirit helped make this fundraiser such a success for Motorcycle Ride for Mom and Leduc Rotary.

Christmas cheer arrived a little early as the 43rd Annual Edmonton Toy Run rolled out from Blackjacks Roadhouse!

Beautiful weather made for a perfect day on the road as approximately 200 motorcycles—many decked out with toys—gathered for the ride to the Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre. Plenty of riders also embraced the occasion by arriving in festive costumes, bringing a little Christmas magic to September.

Thank you to everyone who donated a toy, dressed up, joined the ride or came out to support this incredible Edmonton tradition. After 43 years, the Toy Run continues to show just how generous and community-minded Alberta’s motorcycle community truly is.

The 43rd Annual Edmonton Toy Run is happening TODAY! 🎅🏍️

Join us at Blackjacks Roadhouse and help make a difference in the lives of local children. There is no registration fee. Just bring a new, unwrapped toy for Santa’s Anonymous.

Riders can arrive between 9:00 and 10:45 a.m. Santa leads the ride from Blackjacks at 11:00 a.m.

Motorcycles, trikes, classic cars and trucks are all welcome!

Grab a toy and join us on Sunday, September 20th, 2026 for The 43rd Annual Edmonton Toy Run Everyone is welcome – 2, 3 or 4 wheels (classic cars and trucks) for this free family friendly event.

Ride will leave from Blackjacks at 11:00am. Everyone is welcome to follow the recommended route or make their own way to the end point – the Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre.

50/50 draw, food and fun for all.

8:00 am – Breakfast for those that want to grab some before kickstands are up at 11:00 am
