Montreal, Here We Come!

We’re incredibly excited and honoured to announce that we’ve been invited to participate in this year’s Pizza Fest in Montreal!

From our little corner of North East Saskatchewan to one of Canada’s biggest pizza competitions, this is an opportunity we’re extremely proud of.

We can’t wait to represent Nipawin, showcase what we do, alongside some incredible pizza makers from across the country.

A huge thank you to the organizers of Pizza Fest for the invitation. We’ll see you October 26th.

The ovens were kept busy yesterday for our Sunday cheesecake baking day.

There had been a few requests for this one here, so I figured we'd give it a go.

Featuring for a limited time, the Baklava New York Cheesecake (Phyllis base, nuts, cinnamon, honey, topped with more Phyllo), all the good things in a baklava, baked together in a cheesecake (I'll never be a skinny man).

Today at the street fair, we will be serving food from our front door.

We'll be slinging out Pizza by the slice, chicken sandwiches (honey dill and hot honey), and fresh baked calzones.

Plus, My wife said I need to cut back on fried food, so naturally I listened to every word she said and came up with this DEEP FRIED OREO CHEESECAKE(While quantities last). Take it from me, I got a stellar dad bod, the fried cheesecake proves it.

We'll see everyone later on.
