Tiff joined the BarrelHead crew in 2024 and brought enough energy to power the entire patio through a Saturday dinner rush. Having worked in hospitality basically her whole life, she knows how to keep things running smoothly while somehow still making everyone laugh in the process.

When she’s not at BarrelHead, she works at a physio clinic—so whether you need a pizza recommendation or advice on your lower back pain, she’s probably got you covered.

Her go-to pizza is the Meat Sweats because subtlety has never really been her thing, and her wine choice is our Exclamation Merlot—bold, smooth, and slightly dangerous after a second glass.

Fun, energetic, and always moving at full speed, Tiff is the kind of person who can handle a packed section, joke with the kitchen, and still make every table feel like regulars.

Lea joined BarrelHead in 2022 as a hostess and quickly realized standing still was not for her. Since then, she’s worked her way up through just about every front-of-house role possible—mastering the art of greeting guests, pouring drinks, and convincing tables they definitely need one more pizza.

Armed with a Marketing degree and somehow balancing two hospitality jobs at once, Lea survives primarily on adrenaline, sarcasm, and spicy food. Her pizza soulmate is the Bee Sting—because apparently regular levels of spice are “boring.”

When she’s not running around BarrelHead, she’s usually planning her next trip, talking about her next trip, or actively on a trip.
