Another sold-out Speakeasy Underground Wine Dinner! 🍷✨

This evening transported us to Southern Italy, highlighting the regions of Campania & Basilicata, with a Land & Sea menu inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coast,. Each course featured a seafood element, thoughtfully paired with wines from these beautiful regions.

This is Papa Gino, the original pasta maker at Casa Mia, doing what he loved most. Though he’s no longer with us, his passion lives on in every fresh pasta our family make.
