After careful consideration of various bread alternatives, we have determined that A’s Sourdough Schnitzel Panuozzo will be available on a rotational basis for Wednesday lunch. We sought a distinctive offering, one that is uniquely ours and not merely exclusive to A’s Pizza, but rather, representative of our identity. The schnitzel, being a renowned Hungarian dish, and the panuozzo, an iconic Italian street food, embody this vision.
