What is a pour over? A wonderful premium coffee experience. This is where you get the chance to try premium single origin coffees from roasters around Canada. Hand brewed to order, the process is done by our barista’s with quality and care in mind. Then you can enjoy it anywhere, even when listening to pitbull ❤️ Hatch Coffee

Hey Everyone, We would like to update you on Cabin Nights.

We've made the decision to return to our daytime operating hours so we can focus our energy on creating the best possible 8am - 6pm experience.

THE EXCITING PART?

We're working on bringing some of your Cabin Night favourites into our everyday café experience, including signature cocktails and some of our most-loved desserts. We're also excited to expand our offerings in the café, retail, and our new Bodega areas. (yes... including soft-serve ice cream!)

To everyone who supported Cabin Nights, thank you. We are grateful for every evening you spent with us. We'll keep you posted on special evening events!

We hope you'll continue to visit us during the day as we introduce new ways to enjoy the Metropolis experience you know and love. Stay tuned, we've got lots of exciting things ahead.
