Unfortunately, we have experienced a significant increase in theft over the past several months. While we understand that many people are facing challenges, the ongoing losses have become a serious concern for our small business.
We are doing everything we can to avoid raising prices for our honest customers, but repeated theft makes that increasingly difficult. Every item that leaves the store unpaid for ultimately impacts our ability to keep prices affordable and continue providing the products and service our community relies on.
Today, we are sharing images of individuals and vehicles connected to recent theft incidents. If you recognize anyone pictured or have information that may assist us, please contact the store directly. We ask that members of the public not confront anyone themselves.
We are also asking for your help. If you notice suspicious activity around the store, please let us know. Community awareness and support make a real difference.
As much as we dislike having to take additional measures, effective immediately backpacks, hoods worn up, and sunglasses will no longer be permitted inside the store. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some customers, but these changes are necessary to help protect our staff, customers, and business.
For those considering theft, please be aware that our store is equipped with extensive video surveillance and our team remains vigilant throughout the premises. Incidents are documented, investigated, and when appropriate, images may be shared with law enforcement and the community to assist with identification.
Like many small businesses, we continue to face challenges that often seem to receive far less attention than they deserve. Nevertheless, we remain committed to serving our community, protecting our staff, and providing a safe and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
