ICECREAM TIME!!! One of the best parts of owning the Bear's Den is welcoming happy vacationers to Nestor Falls & to the Bear's Den.

This afternoon we had the pleasure of serving lunch & of course, Ice Cream to these 2 wonderful families from Bemidji. Come to find out they were also celebrating a birthday for not one but two in their group!

Last week we had the pleasure of meeting 2 incredibly kind people, Pam & Rich, who have teamed up with Children's Help Phone and are making their journey across Canada raising awareness & money for Youth Mental Health. Their goal is to raise $100,000.00 and help many along the way.

Sometimes there just aren't words. Yesterday the Bear's Den family lost a very special person, Amy's mother in law Peggy passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. We will always remember Peggy for her dedication to helping her family in any way she could, the many summers of watching Briden & Harlan while Amy & Robin worked long summer hours are now memories the boys will cherish always, they had so much fun with Grandma Peggy!! We will miss her contagious laugh and her Bear's Den ice cream trips. Thank you Peggy for the memories, we will miss you immensely. Thankyou to our customers for your understanding and kind words as we navigate this difficult time 🤍

Today on her 14'th birthday, we are excited to welcome Bria as the newest member of
The Bear's Den Staff! Bria is Kelly's youngest daughter, and starting tomorrow she will be a full time face at the Bear's Den. She works hard out front, helps in the kitchen, loves being around people and is willing to take on any new challenge. Please help us in welcoming Bria, the next family member to join our family business!
