You'll find this Tasmanian legend serving guests, supervising the floor, or crafting cocktails behind the bar. No matter where he is, Tyson brings great energy, a friendly smile, and exceptional service to every shift.

You may recognize Olivia from her speedy walk through the restaurant!

She joined the Marzano team 2024 and has impressed us from day one with her positive attitude, quick learning, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Starting as a hostess, Olivia quickly worked her way up to serving and excelled in the role. Her hard work, dedication, and friendly personality have made a lasting impact on both our team and our guests.

As she heads off to university, she’ll be greatly missed.
We wish her nothing but the best in this exciting new chapter and know she’s going to do amazing things.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent wine pairing dinner and helped make it such a memorable evening. From thoughtfully paired dishes to exceptional wines and wonderful conversation, it was a celebration of great food, great wine, and the people who bring it all to life.

A special thank you to Matt Lebedoff for sharing the stories behind the wines, and to Executive Chef Yves Robitaille, Pastry Chef Merri, and the entire Marzano team for creating such a memorable experience.
