The wait is over. We are thrilled to unveil our brand-new menu at Sage Tapas & Wine Bar, thoughtfully designed to bring you an incredible mix of vibrant, shareable plates and curated B.C. wine pairings.

We’ve elevated our kitchen line-up with dishes that celebrate premium ingredients, complex textures, and bold pairings. Here is a first look at three new menu stars waiting for you:
Citrus & Herb Mussels
Steamed mussels simmered in a fragrant coconut milk and herb-lime butter broth, tossed with sweet bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Served alongside our house-made focaccia—perfect for soaking up every drop of that incredible broth.
The bright acidity and vibrant fruit profile of the Bench 1775 Pinot Gris cut through the rich, aromatic coconut-lime cream beautifully.

Orchard Crimson Duck Salad
Tender, pan-seared orange-hoisin duck breast paired with fresh arugula, vibrant microgreens, crisp apple slices, creamy goat cheese, and toasted walnuts. It’s finished with a bright, house-made raspberry poppy seed dressing for the ultimate sweet-and-savory balance.
The elegant structure and subtle berry notes of the local Baillie-Grohman Pinot Noir complement the rich duck and bright raspberry dressing flawlessly.

Short Rib with Gnocchi
The definition of pure comfort. A tender, melt-in-your-mouth slow-braised short rib served over a bed of soft potato gnocchi, swimming in a rich jus gravy, accompanied by glazed baby carrots, and topped with fresh microgreens.
Pair this rich, savory masterpiece with the bold tannins and deep dark-fruit character of the Township 7 Cabernet Sauvignon.
