Our Strawberry Custard Tart is back in the case this week—flaky pastry, vanilla custard, and fresh local strawberries.

The first local strawberries of the season have officially landed. 🍓

This week's danish is filled with vanilla mascarpone and topped with those sweet, juicy first-of-the-season strawberries we've been waiting all year for. Simple, seasonal, and the kind of thing that disappears faster than we'd like.

Cardamom buns have quietly become our latest obsession.

There were a few glorious failures, a lot of butter, and more than a few "one more tweak" moments, but we think we've finally landed on something special. Soft, deeply aromatic, and tangled with warm cardamom spice, these are the kind of buns that disappear before they've had a chance to cool.

They're back this Friday, and if you've been waiting for their return, this is your sign.

Spring finally tastes like this.

Our asparagus danish is back — layered with green garlic pesto, goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, and fresh local asparagus wrapped in buttery croissant dough. Bright, savoury, and exactly what we want to eat right now.

A little test run that turned into a big hit.
Our ham & cheese croissants finished with hot maple syrup flew out the door last week — buttery layers, savoury ham, melty cheese, and that sweet heat on top. Keep your eyes peeled… these will definitely be making more appearances soon.
