Another Successful Catering Event!

We were honoured to cater a recent 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration for 40+ guests — and what a wonderful day it was!

From freshly sliced pineapple glazed ham, chicken Marsala, and buttery corn on the cob to roasted potatoes and all the fixings—- all the delicious homemade sides, every plate was prepared with care from start to finish.

One thing we love about catering is that it’s truly a team effort. Behind every successful event is an incredible crew working together:

📣 An Important Update from West Coast Fresh Food

You may have heard that Rising Hope Bakery in Nanaimo is ending the community kitchen program.
We want to make sure there is no confusion about what this means for West Coast Fresh Food:

👉 We are expanding our operations and production line up at this location!

We have been using the production space within the Rising Hope facility, and while the building and Rising Hope’s operations are changing, West Coast Fresh Food is very much alive, up and running, and continuing business as usual.

Our production will continue as always, including the fresh breads, baked goods, sandwiches, catering and wholesale products you know and love. 🥖🥪🍪

We are incredibly grateful for your continued support and want to reassure our customers, wholesale partners and community that West Coast Fresh Food isn’t going anywhere.
