Our most prolific criminal (274 previous criminal convictions) Aiden Tye is back on our streets as he was given a sentence that equaled time served and is now released on probation (2yrs).
PTSD Is real!! Upon reading this Red is sick from memories!! Tye was responsible for her back being broken and years of pain, which put her out of commission for 6 months !! "Tye pleaded guilty to four criminal charges, including assault, mischief and indecent exposure stemming from a bizarre incident Jan 14 2026. Tye threw hot coffee in the face of the Javawocky Coffee House owner before being ejected, defecating, smearing the excrement on the doors, and then indecently exposing himself." His criminal history includes "28 convictions involve assaults on police officers & there are another 26 criminal convictions of violence against people who aren’t police officers...A condition of Tye’s probation includes a no-go zone in downtown Nanaimo bounded by Bastion Street on the north, Front Street on the East, Esplanade on the south and Highway 1 on the west, unless previously approved by a probation officer."
