Omg Nanaimo Noms went to our favorite bakers waffle shop, Waffle Magic! Go visit Lisa, she has the best waffles ever! Her Belgium waffles are yeast based, so they’re light and crispy and have such a nice flavor!

NANA SUSHI is in need of our help Nanaimo. Their business is in peril. Insurance can take forever, in the meantime the bills keep coming, deductibles are insane $$$, and the staff are out of work. The quicker they get back on their feet the less likely they are to be washed away by the waves. Nanaimo has already lost too many small mom and pop shops, we dont want to lose another.

Marty and Jeanie Steele Need Help

Nanaimo do you know Marty Steele? You’ve probably met him and don’t even know it. If you live in Nanaimo you have likely been serenaded by Marty. A downtown Nanaimo waterfront mainstay, he’s been busking for decades. A talented musician and member of the Jazz society of Nanaimo, Marty has dedicated his life to the piano, solely earning a living though busking and being a piano man for hire throughout the community.

Recently Marty has undergone a quadruple bypass surgery and remains in hospital. His only concern, how will his love Jeanie survive without his ability to earn a living. Unfortunately Jeanie herself has been quite ill, leaving Marty the sole earner till this sudden heart attack.
