If any of you have seen our work jalopy truck.. “biscuit” she’s an old beast but she does the trick for us.
She strictly pulls the food trailer too and from and saves the wear and tear on our own personal vehicles
(for the most part 😂)
When she’s good, she’s good, when she’s not she’s really not..
We are now in a major pickle!
A transmission pickle!!!
We have literally put new everything on biscuit.. even done the head gaskets!
Tires, balljoints, I’m not joking our list is a mile long and you probably don’t care 😂 she is basically brand new…….. minus the freaking transmission!!!!!!
We’ve been riding smooth for maybe 30 days…
Until…Well folks…. 2 days ago we lost reverse 😭 we want to cry in a corner. If we could strictly drive forward for the rest of the days we are at the point where we would 😂 buuutt that’s realistically not a thing.
We love our old biscuit cause she makes our job gravy when it comes to the travelling.
Soooo if anyone knows someone who knows someone who may know someone.. we are in need of a 700r4 transmission or a 4l60 but not 4l60e
Please go ask your neighbour if they have a sh*tty truck in their yard, friends, anybody!!
She’s starting to really chap us up and I want to tell her to kick rocks but she has like no rust and is basically rebuilt, she is not getting another $3000 out of us cause she feels like being high maintenance 👩🔧
