Our local professional chef of 20 years, Simon Wolf, prepares custom food on-site in our eco-friendly, self-contained commercial kitchen trailer. Gourmet food for non-gourmet prices. We do BBQ to ethnic, snacks to desserts, for any occasion big or small. We make our own drinks and have a commercial juicer. Even theme cakes - nothing too difficult!
