Lupin is a small farm-to-table restaurant located only 45 minutes from Halifax and serving a seasonally influenced 7-course tasting menu. Experience a unique dining experience like no other.

Lupin is a small, seasonal farm-to-table restaurant on Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore, led by Chef Kim MacPherson and her team. We offer a thoughtfully crafted seven-course tasting menu that changes every 4–5 weeks, inspired by the flavours of the Maritimes with Italian and French influences.

Our menus are deeply connected to the land and the seasons, showcasing ingredients from our own gardens an

d local producers. Guests are invited to experience the ever-evolving tastes of the Eastern Shore while enjoying the peaceful country setting.

Before you leave, explore our house-made preserves, seasonal gift baskets, and curated pantry goods—crafted in small batches and inspired by the same ingredients that shape our menu.

Lupin Dining's tasting menu is a unique blend of maritime cuisine meets Italian and French influences, showcasing seasonal ingredients from our farm and local Nova Scotia suppliers.

Every 4-5 weeks, a new 7-Course menu offers an exclusive dining experience with a focus on the freshest seafood, artisanal meats, and hyper-local produce.

Lupin is now open Thursday's, Fridays and Saturdays through June, July, and August for our 7- Course tasting experience.

Lupin Dining’s 7-Course tasting menu brings together maritime cuisine with refined Italian and French influences, showcasing seasonal ingredients from our farm and local Nova Scotian suppliers.

Every 4 weeks our menu changes, which offers an exclusive dining experience with a focus on the freshest seafood, artisanal meats, and hyper-local produce.

As the season winds into September and October, we return to Fridays and Saturdays.

Three nights a week. Twenty-six seats each evening. Reservations are required.

- 4-Course Tasting Series - June 24th. Our option for a shorter service style curated to your tasting palate with a choice between 2 curated 4-course tasting menus crafted by Chef Kim.

- Garden Patio & Bar - *New this season* Arrive early for your reservation and enjoy our Garden Patio & Bar (when weather allows). Our new Small Bites menu has a rotating cheeseboard and we are bringing fresh oysters back to Lupin! Small Bites menu items may also be ordered anytime during your meal with us.
