Uprooted Market sells locally grown and produced goods such as fruit, vegetables, Foxhill non-homogonized milk, free-run eggs, yogurt and grains as well as environmentally friendly cleaning products, artisan soaps and scented products. The cafe offers healthy lunch options such as soups, salads and sandwiches, we serve Laughing Whale's fair trade organic coffee and espresso from Lunenburg and Tea

Throughout the winter we carry Amy's free range chicken and garlic. In the summer you can also find her fresh herbs, heirloom tomatoes and other ecologically grown produce 😋

Mark your calendars for March 28th, 4pm-6pm.....there is limited availability! We will be learning from the talented Valeriia Spirina how to work with and decorate traditional Ukrainian eggs ahead of the Easter holiday 🐣

You may have seen some of Valeriia's beautiful hand painted pieces around Uprooted over the past few months. She learned from a young age in the Ukraine how to paint traditional Ukrainian artwork and brought her talent here to Nova Scotia with her!

We are focused on improving the accessibility of locally grown and locally produced goods to residents and visitors of Nova Scotia’s beautiful Eastern Shore. Our goal is to provide Musquodoboit Harbour and surrounding communities with healthy, seasonal and local food options as well as create a community hub where residents and visitors can meet, share ideas and strengthen the community.
