Well my Friends, today is the day we Close the doors to the public.
Thank you so much for my 2.5 years of memories, good food & community!

We've done some good things in my short time here; we have raised money for the local Ukraine Families in Town, Deb Anderson; when her farm was destroyed, Steve Maclellan's Mom & Dad; when they were diagnosed with Cancer.
We started Trivia Nights, which brought out a fun rowdy crew every Tuesday Night.
Wednesday's were Wing Nights before I was here; I just carried on the torch and we have made some memories, had lots of laughs and maybe got a bit carried away on more than one occasion.
WE MADE KARAOKE COOL IN MOSSBANK! Koodos Chris, I only wish more people had remembered where it started.
I have certainly decorated cookies with most of Mossbank's Minis; and honestly, it hurts my heart knowing I won't be seeing them grow up from week to week. I'll see them around town, if we stick around; but it won't be the same as hearing 'Miss Jess... Miss Jess... Miss Jessica.. How does my cookie look? Do you like my design? Can you help me?'.
Food wise, we conquered the World together in Burgers, tried some crazy Grilled Cheese's, ate a lot of Pasta, we got crazy with Caesars, held some tasty buffets, a Mothers Day Tea and a Father's Day Smoke Out. I really tried to keep the food we created local, fresh, interesting, fun and flavorful; I have enjoyed feeding all of you!
Thank you, to everyone who visited me over the years, stopped in for a meal, a drink, a chat, a coffee. I made some lasting friendships in Mossbank, met some amazing people.
I will never find the words to say everything I want to say. So, as simply as I can.
I am beyond grateful for the time I was given with The Nail, to the people who continued to support us to the very end, believe in us. I keep telling myself I've shed enough tears, but something tells me there aren't enough tears when a dream dies.
