HELLO MORSON!!! The kitchen will be opening this year, we are just a bit delayed. Looking to open the first few days of July - I will have a firm date once I coordinate with my suppliers. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!!

As we near the end of August (already? where did the time go?) I just wanted let our customers know our last day for the season will be Labour Day - September 1st. Thank you all for your continued support and patronage!! We wouldn’t be here without you!

Not really sure where to start, but if you perceive to have an issue with the service you are receiving please let me know. I would be happy to discuss it directly, there is no need to harass staff while they are attempting to juggle the many duties associated with their positions. Veldron

Edit: thanks for the positive responses - I wasn’t out fishing for them. We’ve had a few difficult customers lately and one who stops in almost daily. Leaving me frustrated.

You may have noticed a change in our rye bread sandwiches. In order to have a more uniform sandwich size we asked the Rainy River Bakery and Restaurant if they could make our rye bread loaves using the same pans as the white and whole wheat and they delivered. All in the interest of providing a better product for our customers. Enjoy!!
