Today, our team observes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day.

We pause to honor the Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and recognize the ongoing trauma carried by First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities.

For our organization, reconciliation is an active, year-round commitment. We are dedicated to continuous learning, listening, and taking meaningful steps to cultivate a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Today, we encourage our employees and community to reflect on our shared history and consider how we can all contribute to a path forward built on truth, justice, and respect.
