Mentoro is a mentoring program that connects young professionals with mentors. Celui qui peut changer une vie, celui qui vous aide à prendre la bonne décision ou à sortir d’une impasse professionnelle. Mentoro is the story behind a coffee. Not just any coffee, the one that can change your life, helps you make the right decision, or make it over your next professional hurdle.

We officially kicked off our 2026 Mentoro Fireside Chat series in Miami last night with Olga Gareeva, one of our Advisors and mentors.

Intimate and unplugged, Olga shared her journey with vulnerability, humility, and heart: “What does it take to turn a leap of faith into a lifelong journey of impact?”

She reminded us that while some things may happen by chance - passion, intentionality, and grit are always part of the equation.

When we talk about the ripple effect of mentorship - this was it, right there.

In 1938, in the middle of the Great Depression, one of the longest-running studies examining adult life began at Harvard University. Some 80 years later, the data is clear: IQ, genes, economic success, and fame don’t promote mental and physical health, happiness, and well-being. Relationships—specifically high-quality relationships—do.
The study provides convincing evidence for the power of emotion contagion, the neurobiological “upward spiral” that surges into our brains and bodies when we are engaged in authentic relationships with people whose presence feels like sunlight.

Every woman should be lucky enough to have at least one other woman in her life who supports her desire to impact change.

That’s exactly who Olga Gareeva is to us. No question. And the moment she suggested we build a MENTORO cohort around Data, AI and Tech in Miami, it was hard to say no to her grit and enthusiasm.

Olga, your role as a Mentoro mentor has been nothing short of profound, concrete with an enduring impact. And your role as an Advisor has only amplified that impact, rippling across the Mentoro community in ... and even in !

You’re living proof that when values align, and when we believe that even the smallest moments (a simple coffee ☕️ or a burger 🍔 on a beach chair!) can spark meaningful change and truly move the needle.

💫 We love the rush we feel when we bring mentees from our Mentoro program together for a workshop.

Some walk in with quiet focus, others with solid enthusiasm and curious eyes... yet one thing is always consistent: the passion is felt without even saying a word.

We’re full of gratitude to Michelle Carter, one of our mentors in our The Future of Retail New York cohort, for making this workshop possible at the Mastercard Tech Hub, where we explored the powerful theme of Self-Advocacy.

The key takeaway? YOU are the one who will care most about your career. One of the biggest traps we fall into is comparing ourselves to others.

Thank you to everyone who showed up today - who said YES to growth, YES to stepping away from the daily grind, and YES to investing in themselves. Keep showing up fully present for your journey. And as you rise, remember to pay it forward and mentor others (through Mentoro, why not?).
