Cashier:
Min of 8 hours /week
Compensation: $12-15/hour
The SNAX cashier is responsible for serving customers, making coffee, stocking and cleaning the store. Candidates with experience working in customer and proficient in French are prefered.
SNAX Manager:
Compensation: 12-15$/hour
Time commitment: 10-20 hours/week.
The SNAX manager is responsible for the store's inventory, accounts payable, supplier relations, marketing, overseeing and being responsible for Finances (~$260K in yearly revenue), reporting regularly to the AUS VP Finance and Executive Council, collaborating with the AUS and other student groups, as well as employee hiring, record keeping, training, and overall management (~8-10 employees). Candidates must have prior management experience, be independently motivated, financially literate, reliable, conscious AUS’s of Sustainability and Ethical Procurement policies (effective September 2020) and able to commit to the role. Candidates proficient in French, trained in MAPAQ food handling, familiar with Quebec Tax reporting requirements, experienced in managing inventory systems, and experienced with Quickbooks Online will be prioritized.
SNAX Assistant Manager:
Compensation: 12-15$/hour
Time Commitment: 10-20 hours/week
The SNAXssistant manager is responsible for assisting the SNAX manager in the ex*****on of their duties. Specifically, the Assistant Manager is responsible for reporting regularly to the VP Finance and SNAX Manager, scheduling employee shifts processing payroll, and overseeing accounts receivable. . Excel knowledge and experience in handling business deposits is mandatory. Candidates must be independently motivated, financially literate, reliable, conscious AUS’s of Sustainability and Ethical Procurement policies (effective September 2020) and able to commit to the role. Candidates proficient in French, with prior management experience, and experienced with Quickbooks Online will be prioritized.
