We hiked our way up Mount Royal, trading stories and laughs as we enjoyed the trails and views along the way. After working up an appetite, we headed back down and spread out a picnic in the park at the foot of the mountain. With plenty of food, sunshine, and good company, the day struck the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.
