Poké Bol TEAM is looking for an experienced and passionate Cashier/Poke person to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in cashier, is willing to learn on preparing poke bowls, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. If you have restaurant industry experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service, please submit an application to us today.

Cashier duties and responsibilities:

Assisting with shelf-stocking, and clean up including mopping at the end of nightshift.
Keeping the register area neat and stocked with essential supplies
Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and ending of a shift
Rectifying any price discrepancies and resolving complaints from clients
Bagging, boxing, packing orders for clients
Issuing the correct change due to the client
Refilling stocks: bags, sauces, covers, etc.
Cleaning and refilling the washroom at the end of shift.
Handing orders of poke bowls.
Assiting with other tasks that needed.

Skills and qualifications:

French is a must, English is required
Being detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills
Ability to focus on the satisfaction of clients
Ability to remain helpful throughout the work shift and develop a courteous approach to resolving complaints
Ability to lift heavy items, walk, stand, and work with other team members to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills and a high level of energy
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
