Alors, la dernière journée du 2022 pour La Canting.. C’est moi, Helena, chef et propriétaire de La Canting. I honestly don’t know where to begin or what to say. These last few years have been some of the most rewarding, challenging, fruitful and equally unforgettable times.
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and everyone of the people who have chosen to support my small business. In these uncertain times, I’ve had the immense pleasure of getting to know many of you very well, to share in many many birthdays, anniversaries and beautiful memories.
As La Canting goes into a small hibernation, I want to thank you all for supporting me and my dream. It has been a true honor to host you in my home for the last two years (well 1 cause of covid but 🤫). 2023 will be bringing many new changes and we can’t wait to share it with you. However, for now this boss lady and her small but mighty team needs some much needed rest.
