Here are some details about MENU SOLUTIONS' weekly meals. I provide a menu every Monday by email with 6 meal options I ask that any order is sent by Wednesday 10:00 AM. Orders are delivered on Friday or Saturday, which ever is more convenient for you, but also depending on other deliveries. There is a minimum of 4 servings for the cost of $11,00
a serving for vegetarian dishes. $12.00 for meat dishes and $13.00 for seafood dishes. 3 or less servings, there is flat rate of $14,00 each serving
The price includes: grocery shopping, prepping and cooking. I try to cater to allergies, as well as to likes and dislikes, within reason ..:)

To create an evening where you are free to mingle and I’ll take care of all the cooking. Together we can create a menu specific to your tastes and budget.
