Rob and Patrick, two globe-trotting chefs from British Columbia set up shop in what was then an almost abandoned part of town with only a few taverns and hot-dog joints as neighbouring food vendors. Now the place has grown six-fold and legions of artists and immigrants and lost souls have passed through their employ and found a culinary and life grounding working in their kitchens. ill hopping, the food still fresh and full of zing and flavour; you order in the kitchen with the cooks and sit where you like. Many others chose to order in from their catering service; nourishing many a photo shoot, design meeting or office get-together. A good cook can just open his home fridge and throw together a tapas board like in the photo below. At TITANIC we have all the best ingredients though and can make a BANDERILLAS tapas box with 100 pieces any time you need it, especially good for an office 5 à 7 at the moment ND if a work day.
