Si vous ne les avez pas encore rencontrés, voici les propriétaires de Farrouj Express, Chadi & Sandra.
Chadi et Sandra ont débuté Farrouj Express il y a environ 10 ans. Avant Farrouj Express, Chadi était propriétaire d'un Café Bistro sur le boulevard Saint-Laurent pendant près de 15 ans. Après sa fermeture, Chadi souhaitait continuer de cuisiner et de partager sa passion pour la cuisine libanaise avec les gens.
Cette fois-ci, Sandra se joint à lui. Comme lui, Sandra cuisine des mets Libanais à la maison pour ses enfants et sa famille depuis longtemps.
Ensemble, ils veulent partager leur amour et passion pour la cuisine libanaise avec les résidents de Montréal. Ce sont eux qui achètent, préparent et cuisinent la nourriture qui est servie. Ils sont impliqués à chaque étape et vous verrez que vous pouvez même gouter leur amour dans leur préparations.
Ils ont transmis cet amour culinaire à leurs trois enfants qui espèrent continuer cette tradition de la cuisine faite avec amour.

Chadi and Sandra opened Farrouj Express almost 10 years ago. Prior to Farrouj Express, Chadi owned and operated a Café Bistro on Saint-Laurent Blvd for around 15 years. After its closing, Chadi realized he wanted to continue cooking and sharing his passion of food with people.
This time, Sandra joined him on his venture. Sandra, like Chadi, has been cooking Lebanese food at home for her kids and family for a long time.
Together, they want to share their love and passion of Lebanese food with the residents of Montreal. They are the ones who purchase, prepare, and cook the food they serve. They are involved at every step of the way, and you can taste the love in the food.
They passed down their love of cooking to their 3 kids who hope to continue this tradition of cooking with love.
