Hello everyone,
It’s been extremely hard for me to make a post about this with the new hockey season starting. Some of you may not know yet but unfortunately Angelo won’t be operating the canteen/snack bar this year. 😢

Hello everyone,

So this is it, yesterday was my last shift of the 2023-2024 season in the Bob Birnie arena.
Was for sure in the top 3 of the most difficult tasks in my entire life but I did it, and would of never been able to do it without all of you who supported and kept me up when I needed it the most.

I did countless hours in and out of that kitchen since my first day and did my best to keep the place alive, but I’m most happy and fortunate that you kept me alive especially kids who made me smile and kept me going day by day.

Was a tough season throughout the board but the last 2 months were the hardest for me in many possible ways and it is true when people say the first year of any new business is the hardest.

The last couple days when I gave out free stuff to kids I was sad and emotional because I will miss them since they were the biggest part of my season.

Big shoutout to my biggest fans Hockey West Island!!!

Let’s see what happens for Angelo’s Snack Bar and all of you for next hockey season 2024-2025 I’m really going to miss you all in the off season it’s beginning of day one and it already feels weird I’m not on the go running for the canteen all over the place 😂😂😂

I’ve been updated with news that I can’t operate next Monday and Tuesday April 29th and 30th due to yearly maintenance starting earlier this year at Bob Birnie.

I’ll be at the canteen tonight, tomorrow and Sunday till 10-11pm. This is the final weekend of the year I’d like to say goodbye to whoever would like to drop in just to see me. A lot of people I met this year have become like family to me 🥹
