At Pearson Culinary School, where he achieved an Advanced Professional Cooking certificate, Daniel found his passion. He moved on to get his Certificate of Catering from Cordon Bleu Ottawa, and multiple boot camp courses at the Culinary Institue of America, CIA . He has acquired various culinary skills through his work at Rib & Reef steakhouse, Malibu, Em & Seb Catering, and Satay Brothers with a strong focus on quality produce and customer service.
