PAVÉ DE TRUITE SAUMONÉE
Il y a quelque chose dans une assiette comme celle-ci qui n’a pas besoin de trop d’explications. Truite saumonée sur un risotto chaud aux poireaux, avec de la giardiniera et des poivrons rouges marinés qui viennent couper le côté riche du plat. Quelques brins de ciboulette pour finir.
