To my fans, my followers, my friends.
It is with sadness and joy that I tell all of you that Café Aléatoire is on its last 2 weeks of operation.
Its been a great pleasure to cook delicious food for all of you fine folks, made directly from the soul. Its also been a great pleasure to host such a wide variety of local musicians, artists and comedians alike. Aléatoire truly was the utopia of all magical things which I set out to support under one roof.

Mostly, I want to thank all of YOU.. you know who you are and you are many, (so i won't bother tagging), for making the last 3 years of my life one of the most colorful chapters I might ever know.
You are all in my heart now.

This is just life anyways.. so live full and free. think of your community, think of your neighbour. keep your loved ones close, give back any way you can. Feast together and laugh as much your belly can handle. And please, never forget to cook with love and add your magic to everything you do!
..And on to the next chapter we go
