We went straight to the farm to hand-pick fresh, local and organic eggplants for our kitchen.

Because great Persian food starts with great ingredients. ❤️

�✨ اولین بار ما انجامش دادیم!

ایسپهان اولین رستوران ایرانی بود که فسنجون با ران اردک رو به منوش اضافه کرد؛ یک ترکیب متفاوت و جذاب برای یکی از محبوب‌ترین غذاهای اصیل ایرانی.

و حالا؟ می‌بینیم که رستوران‌های ایرانی دیگه هم دارن فسنجون با اردک رو به منوشون اضافه می‌کنن. 😉

اتفاقاً خوشحالیم که ایده‌ای که از ایسپهان شروع شد، تونسته الهام‌بخش بقیه هم باشه. ❤️

ایده‌های خوب، ترند می‌سازن.
