Some goodbyes
are not because the love is gone,
but because every effort has been given,
and continuing would no longer mean moving forward.
This journey began in July 2011,
in a small shop on St. Mathieu Street.
With love and hope,
we set out to build a authentic bubble tea café in Montreal,
one that carries the spirit of Taiwan,
honest flavors, and the warmth of shared moments.
From those early days to now,
this space has carried
our ideas, our hands, and our hearts.
Every detail was built with intention,
care, and responsibility for what we create.
We had hoped to keep going longer.
We believed there was still more we could give.
But there comes a moment when protecting
what matters most also becomes a form of courage.
As we come to the end of this chapter by the end of the year,
we do so with gratitude, for those who saw our effort,
and for those who chose to support us along the way.
The spirit of this place does not end here.
What we created, what we learned,
and the craftsmanship we hold
will continue with us.
One day,
carrying the same spirit,
in a freer form,
we will meet again.
We will meet again.
